Composite

The Composite module allows you to create a node and then change what appears in what is typically considered the body of the node. The "body" of the node refers to the node's body field and any other field associated with the content type (i.e., date, location, image, file, text, and so on).

The red square in the wireframe below illustrates the part of the content area affected by the Composite module. In the illustration we see the body field and the image field next to each other. A typical theme would show the body and the image fields stacked on top of each other.
